The Viper 1180R Memory Tach is a full featured tachometer that works on any engine from single cylinder through V8.The Viper 1180R has become the leading low cost tachometer for motorcycle engined rac car appilcations - and is now compatible with most V8 applications.(see notes below)
Digital Tachometer-The Viper 1180R features digital and bar graph read-out of engine RPMs.It can be configured for 0-9,000 RPMs or 0-19,000 RPMs making it ideal for anything from a single cylinder to a V8 engine. (1, 4, 6, *8 cylinder applications)The bright orange backlit display makes it ideal for low light conditions.
Water Temperature- The Viper 1180R displays water temperature on the same screen as the tachometer read-out, saving cost and allowing the driver to view a single display for RPM and water temp information.
Warning LIghts (RPM/Water Temp)- The Viper 1180R has separate user programmable warning lights for both RPM and water temperature.These warning lights can be easily set to come on at the desired RPM or water temperature.
Memory - The Viper 1180R allows you to recall the five highest RPMs reached during a session.It also records the highest water temperature reached during a session.
Additional Features
Battery Monitor - easily track battery voltage.
Hour meter - tracks engine run-time.
Fuel gauge - provides an estimate of onboard fuel
Dimensions - The Viper 1100R measures 4.33 inches wide x 2.16 inches high x .5 inches thick.
